Sheetfed Offset Printing

Cockrell Enovation’s sheetfed printing capabilities are almost limitless. One of the most common ways of creating printed matter, sheetfed offset printing is used to produce brochures, publications, direct mail and many forms of advertising collateral with high image quality.

Press Specifications:

(1) 28″ x 40″ Heidelberg SpeedMaster 102-12P-S twelve color perfector (up to twelve colors in straight print or six-over-six in perfecting mode). Five-over-five and aqueous coating both sides. 27-1/4″ x 39″ maximum image size with coating.

(1) 28″ x 40″ Heidelberg SpeedMaster 102-CD-LYL six-color with two coating towers, to handle almost any combination of aqueous and U.V. coating – both spot and overall. 27-1/4″ x 39″ maximum image size with coating.

(1) 23″ x 29″ Heidelberg SpeedMaster CD 74+6+L-F six-color with tower coating. 23″ x 28-5/8″ maximum image size with coating.

Web Offset Printing

Cockrell Enovation’s Sanden Web is the perfect press for direct mail, forms and high-volume commercial printing projects. Capable of printing up to 10-colors with U.V. inks, printed product can be produced on coated, uncoated, vinyl and pressure sensitive stocks. Also, we are capable of producing projects as cut-sheet, roll-to-roll and fan fold.
