Please contact us if there are any questions or concerns. If you have files or applications you question, check with us by phone or e-mail and we will be glad to discuss available options.

Please include the following items with the files that you send:

  1. The final output files
  2. All fonts used. (We request Adobe Type 1 fonts, True Type are unstable and Multiple Master may cause unexpected results.)
  3. All support graphics used
  4. A complete set of current lasers of the final output document (separated if possible, composite if not).
