Halle Joy Streamlines Purchasing With Web-to-Print
Halle Joy, a national women’s accessory distributorship, has nearly 300 sales agents and personnel across the country. The company is experiencing rapid growth through an aggressive sales effort and products that create high demand. After the company’s launch in May 2010, Halle Joy was in need of the ability to provide an effective and easy solution to provide marketing collateral to its sales agents.

The Problem: As a start-up company, Halle Joy wanted to avoid hiring staff to manage the placement and distribution of marketing collateral. In order to give sales agents the ability to hold trunk shows, events and promote the brand on a daily basis, Halle Joy needed to provide its sales agents with the ability to customize and purchase marketing collateral 24/7. As a result, Halle Joy partnered with Cockrell Enovation to develop a web-to-print platform for the distribution of its marketing collateral.
The Solution: Cockrell Enovation worked with its EnGage technology to develop an online storefront that enabled sales agents to quickly personalize, proof and purchase printed materials in minutes. With individual log-ins assigned, sales agents can access and purchase company collateral, and Halle Joy can be assured that is brand remains consistent through all points of contact with prospective customers and agents.
The Result: Since July, Halle Joy has received positive results, including:
- A substantial overall cost savings in printed collateral
- Complete control over its brand: items are printed in one location, therefore company colors and stocks are consistent
- Reduction in production turn-time: a majority of Halle Joy’s items are printed digitally and delivered within 48 hours of an agent placing the order
- Less time spent managing orders and more time allocated to running the core company processes: with all printed goods placed through the online storefront, Halle Joy is able to avoid spending time on managing print items for its sales agents.
