At Cockrell our aim is to make the printing process as easy as we can for customers. The best way to make that possible is by making sure we provide our customers with the information they need to get their product printed fast! We have put together a series of frequently asked questions. This week we are focused on Portal! If you’d like to learn more about what makes having a portal site so great click the link to A Refresher On All Things Portal.

1.How long does the portal process take?

Anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks. We take pride in customizing each portal site to our customer’s needs and want strive to create a final product that makes your life easier.

2.Where do I upload my files for you to add to the portal?

We have an FTP site, we will set you up with a login and password. “What is an FTP site?” you ask. FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol, and as the name suggests it's a quick and no hassle way to get your files into our hands. We’ve got the rest covered.

3.What’s the turn-around time to receive my order?

We get a minimum of 5 - 10 business days for large - format orders. These print on our large-format printers which involve more of a process. It will take 2 - 3 business days for smaller items, which would be anything that prints on the HP7xxx or HP10xxx. Interested in seeing these bad boys in action? 5. What’s the best way to save my files for the portal?

Please package all your native files! We need images, links, typefaces, textures.. everything! The more you give us, the quicker the process will be to get your files print ready.
